Spring Awakening takes over Chicago this weekend with the biggest names in EDM throwing down at Addams-Medill Park in the heart of the city. But even though the festival shuts down at 10, Chicago nightlife never ends, and we’re here to make sure you keep dancing all night. There are a plethora of parties going on all over this weekend, but we’ve narrowed it down to our two favorites for each night. Check them out below, and never stop dancing.

Jamie XX at The Mid

After all the raging in the hot sun on the first day, Jamie XX will cool it down at The Mid with the low-tempo vibes that will keep you dancing just enough, but not so much that you’ll pass out before day two.

Flux Pavilion at House of Blues

But if you really want to just keep going balls to the wall all day and all night, bass-master Flux Pavilion will do exactly that for you. Whether or not you’ll make it through the entire festival remains to be seen, but it will be one hell of a first night.

Zeds Dead at Concord Music Hall

Saturday night at Spring Awakening has one of the most criminal lineup conflicts in festival history, with Kaskade, Zeds Dead, and Claude Von Stroke all playing at the exact same time. Luckily, you can check one artist off the list and see Zeds Dead at Concord instead of the festival, leaving more time for the other headliners at the festival grounds.

Hippie Sabotage at Evil Olive

Zeds Dead will be one hell of a show, but if you want a more unique, intimate show, check out up-and-comers Hippie Sabotage at Evil Olive instead. They’re incredible, and let’s be honest, you probably slept in too late and missed their early set at the festival anyways.

RL Grime w/ REZZ  at Concord

Rezz’s deep, dark techno is meant for late night club shows, and RL Grime always throws the fuck down, whether it’s a huge festival stage or a late-night party. This is going to be the best afterparty all weekend, so suck it up, use that last burst of energy, and dance Sunday night away. You can always call in “sick” on Monday.

Moon Boots at Smart Bar

Moon Boots is the place to be if you’re mostly out of energy, but feel like if you stop dancing your body and mind might actually revolt against you. One of the coolest clubs in Chicago hosting a phenomenal chill-house DJ is a great way to wind down after a hard weekend of partying.

Spring Awakening Music Festival takes place this weekend in Chicago. Festival and afterparty tickets can be found here. Party safe, kids.
